Bismillahi'-Rahmani'r-Rahim - As Salaamu aleiqum ...

After intensive sessions for the past 4 days, Shurafa 6 - Majlis has adopted the following resolutions brought before this General Assembly by the Bagheban-e Islam Leadership and the Governing Authority of the IUT -Islamic-Universal Transformation, Al Sultah A-Tahauwol Al Islami Al Shamal Al Alaami, ATA'I-ASHA'A.

1 -All current members of the IUT Governing Authority, its organizations and institutions have been confirmed by the Majlis for an additional year in office.

2- The Bagheban-e Islam Leadership has recommeded the following changes for immediate implementation:
2.1-The EIU Dis-engagement from the Old Islamic Ummah - OIU to be ended.
The EIU will cease to exist as a separatist break-away entity from the Islamic Ummah. The previously adopted policy and terms are to be rescinded,thus " EIU-OIU " are no longer to be used. There can only be ONE Islamic Ummah, despite the many problems and ills, that has befallen it.
All previous restrictions have been lifted - All Baghebanis Al Rashidun are encouraged to travel to Mecca for Umarah and Hajj, mingle with their fellow muslims and extend our spirit of peace and reconciliation so that their influences can be felt and heeded where-ever Baghebanis are present !
We advise to proceed with wisdom and caution, to preach and pratice peace and good fellowship and avoid arguements and confrontations, to calm and defuse tensions and discord whenever and whereever possible !


2.2 - IslamPeace-IUT Al Rashidun will do all in its power to positively influence the Islamic Ummah through peaceful means, through Enlightment and spirtual Transformation, and will offer its good services for inter-islamic, as well as interfaith Peace Dialogue, seeking reconciliation and peace in this world which is at the brink of global war, and must avoid clashing colition at all costs for the sake of this and future generations.

2-3 - The current organizational structure as has been simplified and re-alligned with its orginal intents and goals established 6 years ago:

IslamPeace-IUT - Al Rashidun - as been modified and renamed in the long version to: The Enlightened Islamic-Universal Peace Movement and Transformation

Al Kharakat Al Islamiyyah Al Shamalah Al Salaam va A-Tahauwol Al Alaami

This refers to the IslamPeace-IUT grass-root movement headed by Bagheban-e Islam, Ibtisam Abdullah since Dec 2004, as well as to the actual Governing Authority of the IUT (ATA'i-ASHA'A) led by the Bagheban - Al Assad Al Musaalim, Khalil Abdullah Al Rashid.

IslamPeace-IUT Al Rashidun has 3 major organizations:

1.The Governing Authority : Al Andalus - Samarkand - Al Rashidun -Islamic-Universal Transformation - IUT - ATA'I-ASHA'A

2.Al Hilal Al Asfar - Al Tala'iayun - Al Rashidun - Yellow Crescent Pioneers
consisting of four sub-divisions:

A- Al Tala'iyu As-Salaam (Yellow-Crescent Peace Pioneers)-referred to as the YCPC - Yellow Crescent Peace Corps - its main organization

B - Small Security Units : Al Saqoor - Falcon Guard - (Body Guards) and Al Nusoor - Eagles - Security and Ushers to keep order during meetings.

C - Al Zarein Al Ard - Da'awa and Pioneer Youth Org.

D - Tariquna - Our way - Youth Org.

IMPORTANT: the previously annouced YCPM - Military Wing has been dissolved ! There will be NO MILITARY or ARMED ACTIVITY !!! on the contrary - IslamPeace-IUT concentrates all its energy and activities on the peace-making process, despite the heavy burden of global confrontation looming over this world !

This can only be accomplished in a common effort, as part of the Islamic Peace Camp which MUST evolve ! - Fitnah - Civil Strive and Global Confrontation cannot be the anwser !

Will be the main instrument for broadcasting our Peace messages on the wave-length of the spirit, a spirit of peace and brotherhood of man, the spirit of the Al Rashidun Al Djudd- The Rightely Guided of the New Peaceful Order

Today, and in the years ahead we need Peace now more than ever, despite opposing circles and discord within the various factions of the Islamic Ummah
Peace effort deserve our full attention against all odds, they must succeed or we all will lose, there will be no winners on neither side, but only loser if we fail in our peace missions, around the globe, where-ever peacemakers are - they must be heard, they must not be discouraged, but must voice their messages of peace and reconciliation and they must do it together!
